Why Register ?
By Registering you are providing added value to your organization and your student /participant body.  Students or professionals who register in your courses are too busy to be looking for historical records and in turn when audited cannot afford the time to be searching for hard copy documents.
By Registering you are participating in the creation of a synchronized database of historical education records, , you in fact are belonging to the group of professional educators who understand that proof of education is as good as education in the eyes of auditors.
You allow your student or professional provide unbiased , audited records so that if they have to provide evidence of education to an employer or regulatory body they can do it in a timely manner
Cost , to develop a synchronized database of multiple education providers means that confidential information must be housed for an indefinite time,
Most education providers dont have the technology , or ability to do this on an individual basis vs a consolidated basis with other education providers.
To warehouse data costs money, the fact your sharing this cost with other education providers means your costs are minimal.
Data Base searching,  If you could audit or contact your database in a timely manner to identify future courses or opportunities you have saved money.
If you could advertise your courses to a larger database , such as 1,000 of other students you now have a safe, low cost method of contacting them and increasing your ROI, return on Investment
example, if you have 30 students but our database has 2000 students you now can contact your 30 directly and 1970 more via the web portal that advertises your courses,

Value in Registering
Without going too deeply, by participating you are part of the larger picture of education , you not only have credibiitliy with your students but with the educators aboard and the regulatory bodies.

Conflict of Interest
To provide a synchronized database means to collect data from your registrars, your competitors registrars and very small and independent education providers including other associations.
For any one education body to attempt to do this on their own would be perceived as a conflict of interest and fear of data mining, Therefore an arms length entity such as CERRC.com eliminates the fear of data being shared or mined by the competition.

Ease of Use.
Whether you upload using xml markup language or sending us a excel spreadsheet , the data is housed and each education provider is giving unique access tothe site to monitor , or audit records,
Cost
the cost is $1.00 per record per student per year .
i.e. 20 students $20dollars to input the data and warehouse it would cost $.50 per subsequent year

Who should participate
Due to the number of continuing education providers  we recommend only non universities as they already have these records and charge their students for the right of access.

Data Base Access
Wouldnt it be great if you could instantly confirm student attendance, send an email to all former students about a new course , or provide a summary of future or past courses to audit bodies, such as employers, students, regulators.
All for Free ,just a one time registration fee and annual maintenance fee .
